He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Chiappini and Helen Schepp Chiappini. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cipollone Chiappini; his children, Anthony Chiappini (Tarah) of Butler, Nicholas Chiappini, Allison Gall of Stafford and Emily Ruscetti (J. M.) of Wexford; his grandchildren, Blake Chiappini, Luca and Mia Ruscetti; and his brother Michael Chiappini (Norma) of Butler. He is also survived by aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
The family respectfully requests that donations made in Ernie's memory go to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
