He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard H. "Bernie" Levin and Marilyn B. Levin; and his mother-in-law Harriette Leff. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Levin (Leff); his brothers, Scott Levin (Ronna) of Pittsburgh, PA and Joseph Levin of Butler, PA; his sister-in-law Jackie Shear (Howard) of Pittsburgh, PA; his father-in-law Henry Leff of Pittsburgh, PA; his nieces, Katy, Erica Levin and Margo Fischgrund (Justin); and his nephew Brad Shear.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in Eric's honor to his beloved Congregation B'Nai Abraham, 519 N. Main St. Butler, PA 16001.
