Dickey; her children, Britton P. Dickey (Nicole) of Golden, CO, Anne Katherine Martin (Gary) of Palmyra, VA and Jennifer L. Kaiser (Garrett) of Prospect, PA; her grandchildren, Lauren Martin, Emily Martin, Benjamin Martin, David Martin, Cameron Dickey, Andrew Dickey, Garrett Kaiser, Eleanore Kaiser and Jackson Kaiser; and her siblings, Victor K. Phillips, Jr. of Lenior, TN, Gordon Phillips of Mechanicsburg, PA, Elizabeth Iarrapino of Pittsburgh, PA, Clarinda Roe of Johnson City, TN, Victoria Kelly of Butler, PA and Undine Fader of Montgomery, TX. She is also survived by seven nieces and eleven nephews.
