It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen C. Phillips (Butler, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anne Knipp and William Knipp (Bill); her sister Maryanne McKillop; her children, Mark Phillips, Elaine Phillips, Michael Phillips and Michele Phillips; her grandchildren, Michele and Chantel Nicole Phillips-Austin; her great grandchildren, Ezekiel and Ezzera; her grandson Mark J. Phillips Jr.; her nieces, Janice, Mary Ann (Sissy), Beth and Karen; and her pet Mia.
She donated to several charities.
