She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Knoll and Mary Agnes Knoll (Black); her sisters-in-law, Patricia Knoll, Antoinette Knoll, Anna Marie Knoll, Bridget Neff, Jean Neff and Jeannie Neff; her husband Thomas E. Neff; and her siblings, Francis, Agnes Knoll Pfaff, Mary Geibel, Rita Barnhart, Monica Glynn, Bernadette Huefner, John Knoll, Thomas Knoll and Donald "Ed" Knoll.
She is survived by: her daughter Trudy E. Neff; and her brother Lester Knoll.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Geibel Funeral Home (201 E Cunningham St, Butler, PA 16001). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Roman Catholic Church (105 Kohler Ave, Lyndora, PA 16045).
