He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Beggs and Schiebel; his stepdaughter Sue Ann Toy (Brian Toy); his granddaughter Ashley Toy; his brother James Beggs; his niece Nicole Gustin (Tim); his nephew Jim Beggs; and his close friends, Ron and Cindy Lemmon.
