We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2023, at the age of 93, Delton E. Neal of Butler, Pennsylvania, born in Davis, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan W. Neal and Juanita E. Lambert Neal; and his brothers, Allan W. Neal, Jr. and Ross Neal. He is survived by: his wife Joann Neal (Mullenax); his children, Deborah Rieber (Kevin) of St. Cloud, FL, Darla Hall (David) of Ohio, Edward Neal (Maureen) of Evans City and Brenda Best of Butler; his siblings, Evelyn Neal Sinz of Evans City, Eileen Neal McCall of Portersville, Shirley Groves, Sharon Tasker Roy and Robert Tasker; his grandchildren, Vincent Neal, Andrew Burgard, Jared Neal, Dylan Neal, Cody Neal and Megan Best; and his great grandchildren, Andrew Neal, Vaden Neal, Zander Neal and Xandrea Neal.
