He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jacox and Dorothy Jacox. He is survived by: his grandchild Erie; his son David W. Jacox, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Sharon Jacox (Dorsch) of Butler, PA; his daughter Lorri Sheakley (Jacox); his son-in-law Matt Sheakley (Pap) of Harrisville, PA; his grandchildren, Ashley Jacobs (Jacox), Heath Jacobs, Ben Jacox, Nick and Jesse Sheakley; his great grandchildren, Liam and Jackson Jacobs; his brother-in-law David C. Meier (Sandy); his cousins, Sandy Hutchison, Don, Paul Gregg, Vickie Turner (West), Kate West, Lisa Clark, Heidi Zaremba and Janet Miller (Ihlenfeld); and his extended family Gus Raabe (Helen). He is also survived by friends and, neighbors.
