He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Bouch and Deanna Bouch. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Bouch (Thompson); his children, Trisha Kubiak, Anna Kowal, David Bouch, II (Sharon Hicks), Michael Bouch and Justin Bouch (Katie); his stepdaughters, Angela Roxbury (Todd) and Amanda Boulanger; and his mother-in-law Margaret Thompson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers, 1 sister, 2 brothers-in-law, 2 sisters-in-law.
