He was predeceased by: his father E. Richard Hall. He is survived by: his mother Jane Mellon Hall of Butler, PA; his brother Richard M. Hall of Alameda, CA; and his nephews, Andrew Waugaman of Charlotte, NC, Steve Waugaman of Denver, CO and Jeremy Hall of Alameda, CA.. He is also survived by three sisters.
In lieu of flowers or other donations, the family would be honored by a gift to David's alma mater, Grove City College.
