He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick A. L. Bolten and Minda Mary Geohring Bolten; and his son Scott Michael Bolten. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Bolten; and his son Jamie M. Bolten (Victoria) of Renfrew, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
