With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles L. Hasychak of Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Hasychak and Jennie Ritchie Hasychak; his wife Janet C. Taylor Hasychak; and his granddaughter Ashley Hasychak. He is survived by: his sons, Rick Hasychak (Lynne) of Butler, Ron Hasychak (Robin) of West Sunbury, Keith Hasychak (Tracy) of Butler and Tom Hasychak (Luann) of Saegertown; his brothers, Joe Hasychak (Rhonda) of Butler and John Hasychak (Sue) of Butler; his grandchildren, Lindsay Crowley (Kenny), Richard Hasychak (Brittany), Kristen Clouse (Travis), Kyle Hasychak (Kyla), Taylor Hasychak (Chad Kaltenbaugh), T. J. Hasychak and Andy Hasychak; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Hudson Hasychak, Charlotte, Carson Crowley, Braden and Logan Clouse.
