He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mauk and Arlene Black Kessler; his brothers, Jeffrey and Lonnie Kessler; and his grandson Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Davis-Kessler; his children, Elizabeth Kessler, Amanda Davis, Christen Kradel, C. J. Kessler and Jonathan Kessler; his siblings-in-law, Lee, Kim Kessler (John Kessler), Tonya Kessler (Charlene), Tom Teets, Robin Clawson, Kelly and Pat Mckeel; and his grandchildren, Makenna and Boe. He is also survived by one great grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
