He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J Devore, Sr. and Rose Devore (McEliece); and his wife Twila Elizabeth Anita Devore (Ray). He is survived by: his sons, Russell Devore (Amber) of Chicora and Roy Devore (Amy) of Chicora; his grandchildren, Carly, Aden, Rielle and Gunner Devore; and his sisters, Alice Reeder (Jack) of West Sunbury, Rosemary Weaver (Dale) of Slippery Rock and Patty L. Kriebel of Slippery Rock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
