She is survived by: her sons, Bernard W. "Bernie" Shulik of Butler and Thomas L. "Tom" Shulik (Lezlee) of Butler; her grandson Thomas J. Shulik (Chelsee) of Butler; and her brother James Schmidt of Sarver.
