She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Fort and Else Johnson; and her husband Richard Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Jaime Goins (Bryan); her grandchild Gianna of Brownsburg; her daughter Natalie Booher (Chad); her grandchildren, Alena and Austin of Saint Johns, Fla.; her stepdaughter Lori Elias (David); her stepgrandchildren, Nathan, Maddie and Noah; her stepdaughter Audra Brown (Ron); her stepgrandchildren, Veronica and Aaron; her siblings, Eva Robinson (Tom), Mike Fort (Diane), Lisa Cope (Howard), Alex Fort and Nelson Johnson (Marianne); her stepsiblings, Karen Hershberger (Neil), Bruce Johnson (Connie), Melissa Johnson, Karin DeKam Fort Harrison (Jim), Katie DeKam Fort Campbell and Mark Johnson (Stacy); and also, Rodney Phillips (Amy), Tanya, Brooke and Emily. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
