She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincenzo DeMatteis and Antonia Nanni DeMatteis; her grandparents, Gervasio and Josephine DeSantis Nanni; and her siblings, Dominic DeMatteis, Michaelangelo DeMatteis, Ann D. Krankota, Clara DeMatteis, Elisa Thomas, Eleanor Lasky, Violet DeMatteis, Sylvia Wigton, Anita Denny and Joan Jannetti. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews, and a number of great & great-great nieces and nephews.
