He was predeceased by: his father Richard McKivigan (Sandy) of Butler; and his grandparents, Donald, Luella Flanigan, David and Anna Marie McKivigan.
He is survived by: his mother Vickie Rackham (Gary) of Butler. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
