He is survived by: his mother Davida Petrie (Lazear) of Squirrel Hill; his wife Tina Blakley Green; his sister Lisa Ferrara (Mark) of Aliquippa; his niece Alicia Ferrara of Aliquippa; his great-niece Brittany Wilson of Butler; his grandsons, Blake and Maddox; and his stepmother Ann Green of Aliquippa.
