She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Clarke and Claire Clarke; and her brother Joseph Clarke, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Stacy Puchalik (Rich) and Christopher Zientek (Kristin); her grandsons, Max, Lucas Puchalik, Tyler and Daniel Zientek; and her siblings, Patricia Radomski (Alexander), Diane Clarke and Robert Clarke (Britt).
