She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Dugan; her children, Kathleen Voelkl (Joseph), Timothy Dugan (Rosie), William Dugan (Kathy) and Michael Dugan (Caroline); and her siblings, Lois Pellettiere and William Fietz. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren and five great-grand children.
