He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Nikoden and Elsa Nikoden (Fritz); and his siblings, Lucas Lane, James Nikoden, Doris Leggio, Shirley Kemmerer, Emma Lane, Carolyn Hancock, Elizabeth Nikoden and Priscilla Crouse.
He is survived by: his wife Ellamae V. Nikoden (Kresge); his children, Johnathon E. Nikoden (Billie) of Saylorsburg and Lori A. Nikoden (Christopher Loch) of Forks Township; his siblings, Edward Mulitsch of Bushkill Falls, Robert Mistishen of Arizona, Susan Moll of Easton, Carole Keck of Easton, Janet Yost of New Ringgold, Joanne Nordstrom of Nazareth and Marylou Underwood of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Asher and Lucie.
