He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Feliciano and Deonicia Escalet Feliciano (Thillett); and his siblings, Reyes, Francisco, Vicenta, Antonio, Amparo, Perfecto, Enrique, Lidia and Lucresia.
He is survived by: his spouse Clara Luz Inigo; his sons, David Escalet (Valerie) of Bushkill and Edwin Escalet (Kim) of Bellfonte; and his grandchildren, K. C. of Bushkill and Stefanie of Roseto.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in honor of Inocensio to the Alliance Adult Living Center 1036 Pennsylvania Ave Matamoras, PA 18336.
