He was predeceased by: his parent George R. Horack, Sr.; and his brother Timothy W. Horack. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his mother Dolly; his daughter Jamie L. Moser of Tatamy; and his siblings, Samuel S. Horack of Bushkill Township and Tammy M. Horack of Nazareth. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in law; many loving nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, cousins; and his faithful pet.
