He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Raymond G. Benjamin and Mary Jean Benjamin Johnson (Druckenmiller); and his stepfather Dr. Rolf E. Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Julie A. Benjamin (Lloyd Brooks, Jr.) of Easton; his grandchildren, Tyler Cole and Mikaila Brooks; his sister Katharine A. Strunk of Stroudsburg; and his nephew Stephen Strunk (Vicky).
