He is survived by: his wife Ronda Forgach (Edwards); his children, Joey Forgach of Tampa, FL and Adam Forgach (Sarah) of Milroy; his stepdaughter Stephanie Edwards-Stundon (James IV) of Philadelphia; and his brother Mark Forgach of Yeagertown.
