He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald W. Packer Sr. and Esther V. Packer (Kitting); and his sister Barbara Brown. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Packer (Rhodes); his children, Karen Taylor (Keith) of Newport and Douglas Packer (Jami) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Keira Harper (Mike), A. J. Folk, Brittany Benner (Aaron) and Carson Packer; and his brother Donald Packer Jr. (Jenny) of Texas. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
