He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Colyer and Annabelle Colyer (Hartsock). He is survived by: his wife Velva F. Colyer (Mahoney); and his children, Robert E. Colyer II (Susan) of Missouri, Bruce A. Colyer (Mary) of Sunbury, Velva Tassa (Paul) of Lewistown, Raymond C. Colyer of Burnham and Rosanna Briggs (Dennis) of McAlisterville. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
