Melinda Norris Obituary
Melinda V. "Vicki" Norris, 70, of Burnham, passed away at 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at her residence. Born Nov. 25, 1946 in Huntingdon, she was a daughter of the late Dorothy (Franks) and Merril Hughes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Karstetter. She is survived by: her husband, Howard T. "Tom" Norris, whom she married Nov. 9, 1970; daughter, Tammy R. Wilson and husband, Donald, of Burnham; son, Richard James Norris and wife, Corinda, of Milroy; sisters, Tena Harshbarger, of Reedsville and Ann Hesser, of McVeytown; two grandchildren, Tommy and Andy Norris; and great grandchildren, Alessa, and Liliana Norris.
