He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl H. Nickel and Marjorie R. Nickel (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Nickel (Walters); his daughters, Koleen J. Nickel of Burnham and Kathleen R. Riden (Tom) of Milroy; his grandsons, Kade A. Nickel and Rowan H. Riden; his great grandchildren, Karson Nickel and Adalee Nickel; and his siblings, Charmayne L. Bair (Greg) of Lewistown and Deneise M. Fultz (Rodger Jr.) of Freeburg, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Fred's memory to Burnham Fire Company or Mifflin County Academy of Science and Technology.
