He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Tully and Pauline M. Tully (Beatty). He is survived by: his wife Vivian M. Tully (Ford) of Lewistown; and his children, Treena L. Wagner of Etters and Joseph L. Tully of New Philadelphia, Ohio. He is also survived by two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
