He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Schrecengast and Rachael L. Schrecengast (Riden); and his siblings, Dwight Schrecengast and Anita Micale. He is survived by: his children, Linda Lea Rothrock, Lisa L. Grubb, Dennis Lynn Schrecengast Jr. (Debby) of New York, Amber R. Schrecengast-Elsesser (Rich) of Lewistown and Lana M. Walker (Larry) of State College; his former wife Carol Joyce "C. J."; his sister Wendy Jo Haines; his grandchildren, Dustin, Jared, Ryan, Justin, Katherine, Pierce, Kaley, Madison, Gabriel, Ryden, Rowan and Rainey; and his son Denny, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
