He was predeceased by : his grandson Nolan; and his parents, William Fitz-Patrick and Anne Fitz-Patrick. He is survived by : his wife Christina Fitz-Patrick; his children, Meghan Fitz-Patrick (Jeffrey Winitsky), Caitlin Grim (Nathan), Paul Fitz-Patrick and Brianne Moran (Timothy); his grandchildren, Emma, Caroline, Kellen, Norah, Declan and Will; his siblings, Mark Fitz-Patrick (Joanne), Scott Fitz-Patrick (Karen), Anne Yannes (Thomas) and Denise Burns (Joseph); and his siblings-in-law, Francis Connor (Debra), Mark Connor (Deborah), Kathleen Henderson (Joseph), Craig Connor (Kathy), Dorena Geier (Gary) and Matthew Connor (Kimberly).

Viewing was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Page Funeral Home (302 E Union St, Burlington, NJ 08016). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul Church (223 E Union St, Burlington, NJ 08016). A burial was held on Saturday, July 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Laurel Hill Cemetery (801 Jacksonville Rd, Burlington, NJ 08016).
