He is survived by: his brother Jeffrey Church; his nieces and nephews, Jason Church (Jackie), Spencer Church, Amy LaRocka (Micky), Allisyn Wolfe (Jeff), Adam Slopek (Susie) and Noah Sinkko; his daughter Adaira; his son-in-law George; and his pet House.
