He was predeceased by: his father William G. Pounds. He is survived by: his mother Dorea J. Allinder Hill (Carl); his wife Margaret A. Self; his children, Laci Pounds of Burgettstown, Jacob Loudin of Burgettstown and David Loudin of Southview; his siblings, Billy Barker (Patty), Billy Pounds (Kelly) of Moundsville, WV, Jimmy Pounds (Stacey) of McDonald, Janie Berrian (Dale), Rhonda Cochran (Mike) of Moundsville, WV, Tammy Pounds (Gene) of McDonald and Bobbi-Jo Beck (Dave) of McDonald; his stepsisters, Elizabeth Hale (Mike) of Lebanon, PA and Molly Hill (DeAnna) of Midway; and his goddaughter Becky Rich of Bridgeville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
