He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paniaha and Margaret Kvak Paniaha A. He is survived by: his children, Michele Nix (Shawn) of Cherry Valley and Robert J Paniaha, Jr. (Heidi) of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Isabella, Ryder Nix, Tyler, Devon and Raine Morder; and his sister Kathy Schembechler of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
