He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bentrem and Louise Grant Bentrem. He is survived by: his children, Robert E. Bentrem Jr. (Susan) of Burgettstown, William Bentrem (Sandy) of West Alexander, John David Bentrem (Cindy) of Hickory, Mary Jane Clark (Bob) of Washington and Nancy Norris (Randy Shrader) of Washington; and his sisters, Mary Jane Strimel, Margaret Casper and Jan Hammond. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
