Regina Mader Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina Mader (Burgettstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Davis and Jess Davis of Eldersville; her husband Charles Mader (Chub); and her siblings, Ida "Dorty" Gillespie, Peg Barezinsky, Verna Galownia, Eugene Davis and Don Davis.

She is survived by: her brother Bob Davis (Debbie) of Eldersville; her children, Pam Conrad of Cross Creek, Shelley Johnson (James) of Ingram and Shawn Mader of Washington, PA; her grandsons, Jay Conrad (Danielle) of McDonald, James Johnson and Charles Johnson of Pittsburgh; and her great grandchildren, Adilynn Faye Conrad and Melody Rose Johnson.
