She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Fuller and Robert Hernandez; and her sister Shelley Carnes. She is survived by: her children, Krystal Orr and TJ Orr; and her siblings, Robert, Jeff, Brian, Provi and Marcie Hernandez. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
