She was predeceased by: her parents, Burney Phillips and Sophie Phillips; her son Thomas Northcraft; and her brother Robert Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Hooker (late Ronald) of New Cumberland, WV and Kathy Keiser (Bill) of Burgettstown, PA. She is also survived by three grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
