He is survived by: his wife Billie Latshaw Bittinger of Burgettstown, PA; his children, Harold Bittinger (Louise) of Richmond, OH, Joseph Bittinger (Melinda) of Weirton, WV, Douglas Bittinger (Chrissy) of Burgettstown, PA and Connie Tharp (William); and his siblings, Violet Wilt of Somerset, MD, Lilly Work of New Castle, PA, Rose Virden of Burgettstown, PA, Mary Gray of Weirton, WV, Gardenia Wolanski of Atlasburg, PA and William Bittinger of New Castle, PA. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren.
With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic it is asked that everyone is to wear a face mask and/or covering and remain socially distant from one another in the funeral home.
