She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bailey and Dorothy George Worlyn; and her husband Steve Slopek. She is survived by: her children, Janet Dotson (Dave) of Somerset, PA, Steve Slopek (Linda) of Midland, PA and Robert Slopek (Barbara) of Langeloth, PA.; her grandchildren, Susan Ferrara (Tom), Steven Slopek (Giang), Jessica Koonse (Kevin), Rob Slopek (Michelle) and Gary D. Pcsolinski II (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Anthony Ferrara, Evan, Lila Koonse, Jacob, Josephine Slopek and Savannah Pcsolinski; and her siblings, Aelethea O'Shanka, Mildred Milonovich, Louise Newton and Richard Kiss.
