He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil N. Grey and Frances Valjean Gardner Grey; his wife Alma Louise "Lou" Saffle Grey; his daughter Valerie Ann Grey; his siblings, Patty Holt, Margie Knapp and John Grey (late Nellie); his aunt Betty Neeley (late Frank); and his close friend Diane Freshwater.
He is survived by: his daughter Lanna Barkley (Rick); his grandchildren, Janson Barkley (Jessica) and Caraline Barkley (Jessie Scalise); his friends, Lori and Elizabeth; his siblings, Richard Grey (Charleen), Barbara Libengood (late Lee), Donna Gates (Mike) and Sue Brown (Richard); and his brother-in-law Larry Knapp. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews.
