He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Galutzi and Mary Galutzi (Kuntz); and his sister Mary Ann Galutzi. He is survived by: his partner Pat Giles of Burgettstown; and his siblings, Grace Kizina (Barry), Joseph Galutzi (Sue), Josephine Phillippi (Robert), Jo Ann Probst (Ralph), Teresa Rosemeyer (John), Joseph Yallum, Michael Yallum and Chuckie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chuckie's family.
