She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Campa and Bibiana Lopez Campa; her husband Arthur E. Campbell; and her siblings, Manuel, Arthur, Eloy, Louis, Raul, Josefina Campa and Serafina Truax.
She is survived by: her daughter Benita J. Campbell of Burgettstown; her grandsons, Lucas M. Campbell of LasVegas and David A. Minchez of California; and her brother-in-law Bob Truax of Langeloth.
