He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Bilby (Riter). He is survived by: his father Glenn A. Bilby of Weirton, WV; his wife Jessica Bilby (Calladine); his children, Austin Tucker, Ashley Tucker and Ace Bilby; and his siblings, Laura Burdine (Joe) of Beech Bottom, WV and Glenn K. Bilby (Christy) of Follansbee, WV. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
