She was predeceased by: her parents, George Chase and Harriet Chase (Fisher); and her husband Lloyd D. "Smitty" Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Godwin of Bulger; and her brothers, John Chase (Frances) of Bulger, George David Chase Jr. (Jennifer) of Erie, Donald L., William, Robert and James Chase.
Due to the Covid pandemic the family has chosen to have all services private.
