He is survived by: his wife Johanna Moore (Zalaznik); his children, Jim Moore (Carla) and Jodi Salvo (Phil) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Kelly, David Moore, Matthew and Jeremy Salvo; and his siblings, Harry Moore (Carol), Dean Moore (Peggy) and Donna Hennen (Rich).
