He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Helen Riley Sr. (Clark); and his son Charles J Riley. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Riley (Tucker); his children, Fred Riley III (Melissa) and Roxanne Ward (Jay); his grandchildren, Fred Riley IV (Sara-Ann), Matthew Riley, Brittany Riley, Brandon Riley and Victoria Ward; and his great grandchild Fred Riley V. Along. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandson.
