She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Perkins and Rachel Ann Andrews Perkins; her husband Paul Glass; and her brother Dale C. Perkins. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Glass of Akron and Ronald Glass of Bulger; and her niece Donna Olexic of Weirton, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
